I do my best to get every Courageous Kids Club letter into your child’s hands as quickly and reliably as possible.

One‑time letter orders

If you are purchasing one letter, I will prepare and mail that letter as soon as possible after your order comes in.
Most families in the U.S. receive their letter within 7–10 business days after it has been mailed, depending on USPS delivery times in your area.

Three‑month and twelve‑month bundles

If you are purchasing a three‑month or twelve‑month prepaid bundle, your letters are mailed on a regular schedule:

- I mail bundle letters on the 15th of each month.

- If you order before the 15th, your first letter will be included in that month’s mailing.

- If you order after the 15th, your first letter will be included in the next month’s mailing.

This rhythm helps me keep printing and mailing organized while still getting consistent, predictable letters to your child.

Shipping costs and locations

Right now I ship within the United States, and standard shipping is FREE.

Lost or damaged letters

If a letter is lost, delayed unusually long, or arrives damaged, please reach out using the Contact page with your order number and mailing address.
I’ll happily send a replacement letter so your child doesn’t miss out that month.
